The Foundation for International Health and Cooperation Se abrirá en una ventana nueva is a State foundation created in 2000 by the Spanish Government to strengthen health systems worldwide.

It is the only Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality Institution able to use highly qualified human and technical resources to facilitate the implementation of the Spanish Health System’s portfolio of services abroad.
